I'l like to add an editor, but only to allow them to manage their own articles.

The way it is now, the only way to give an editor access is to give add and edit/delete of all articles. I thought about commenting out the delete/edit articles code, but then they couldn't edit their own articles either.

Hi. I'm afraid that I don't think this will be possible in the current version. Its definatly something I'll try and get put into the next release though :)

Basically, the news articles don't have an "owner", so it makes it hard for the script to know who made it. Then, when it comes to editing the article, it needs quite a few more (large) routines added in, which would show the editor a list of articles they can edit, and then give them the form.

Has this been addressed in any newer releases since 2004? I run The Ezine Directory (http://www.ezine-dir.com) and would like to include articles from members. It is vital, however, that authors can only edit/delete their own articles, no one else's.

Also, is there a demo available?
